• 35 Straight side and gap frame presses up to 180 ton capacity.
  
  
• Bed size up to 63” for large progressive dies.
  
  
• Stock widths up to 15” wide.
  
  
• Stock thickness’ from .002” up to .135”
  
  
• Press speeds from 30 SPM (Strokes per minute) to 1500 SPM.
  
  
• Assembly of PEM Hardware, labels, overlays, screws, studs, and other components.
  
  
• (4) Press lines for in-line tapping of threaded components. We can produce tapped terminals at up to 320 per minute.
  
  
• In-Die assembly of up to 3 components made from dissimilar materials in a single progressive die.
