ARO’s heavy stamping department, utilizing Minster and Komatsu, has a tonnage range from 100 to 300 tons with bed sizes up to 95″ (2413mm). We stamp ferrous, non-ferrous, copper-based alloys, aluminum, stainless, and exotic alloys up to 0.375″ thick run in these presses. We run at speeds up to 450 SPM and up to 11.8" stroke.  

Assured quality comes from utilizing sophistication in die sensor, tonnage meters, and variable lockouts. Our control process is implemented with senior leadership and our excellent team, recognizing the importance of critical quality.
